This first day helps all students align if they have no prior knowledge of enterprise agility. It also allows them to learn the fundamentals of the more traditional ways to create flexible and resilient companies.
The six principles for change, technical agility strategies and practices for dealing with exponential change are key during this first day.
Additionally, students will learn how to create the fundamentals of organizational alignment to maximize innovation and business value delivered.
Finally, the participants will understand the need for business agility.

The second day focuses on learning five change management strategies that deal with the human element of organizational change and influence people’s behaviors. Thus, allowing to breed innovation and deliver more business value to the customer sustainably.
During this session, we will address issues related to organizational psychology, culture, and how to work with teams with variable motivation so that they can achieve their goals.
Moreover, students will learn good practices when there are teams with great diversity and the relationship between business value and organizational health.
Duration : 3 hours
We provide the change consultant with new enterprise agility strategies to help companies that are highly resistant to change or late adopters.
More than that, we focus on explaining the fundamentals of what happens in employees’ brains during a company’s transformation, in order to make better decisions regarding change strategies.
Participants will get acquainted with the neuroscience behind change and learn an innovative and powerful change framework. Consequently, being able to identify great techniques so as to work with individuals that show varying degrees of resistance to change.
Duration : 3 hours
Day four focuses on enterprise agility concepts related to quickly aligning a team or organization when markets exponentially change, with the least possible impact on your employees. You will also learn what structural agility is, and how to maintain low levels of process complexity.
Furthermore, we will show crucial concepts for resilient companies such as mental agility, neuroplasticity, and how to use new techniques to increase people’s flexibility. Concepts that result in better emotional management when exposed to disruptive changes.
Duration : 3 hours
This session allows to connect the concepts learned during the previous 4 days. Besides, it shows a comprehensive model for enterprise agility that makes it possible to create powerful change strategies.
Here, the change consultant will understand how best to create a change plan that consistently aligns with the organization’s strategy. As a result, the adoption of change will be accelerated and employees will be enabled to have low resistance while also maintaining low levels of conflict in the teams.
Ultimately, the student will learn about social agility to maintain high levels of knowledge fluency, and remote work theories. All notions that will prepare the consultant to take the organization to a new level.
Duration : 2 hours
Throughout the course, the participant learns how to measure their company’s business agility.
The first hour is a Q&A on different possible situations that might occur; while the second hour is the EXAM, where a 75% score is required to become a Certified Change Consultant.
